The building of champions

The Building of Champions and The Armory, located in The Fieldhouse at Southfork Sports Complex in Allen, TX, are home to for Ground Warriors. These areas are equipped with video displays that are used to review and analyze sport specific body movements to increase overall athletic performance. The BOC is 8,000 sq ft of workout space while The Armory has 4 pitching lanes, plyo walls, and band wall for complete arm-care and conditioning. Southfork Sports Complex spreads over 5 seperate buildings including a full indoor field, over 12 batting cages, a 200 ft outdoor field, recovery station, and more.
