Our training model is built to develop complete athletes through a combination of skill work and athletic performance.
Athletes receive year-round access to:

Strength & Conditioning Programs

Arm Care & Mobility Training
Training frequency ranges from 2–4 sessions per week in the off-season to 1–3 sessions per week in-season, ensuring consistent development while balancing competition demands.
PRACTICE
Team practices are designed to translate individual development into game performance through structured, high-intensity environments.

Indoor Training (Winter Months): 2–4x/week

Outdoor Team Practices (Summer/Fall): 1–2x/week

In-Season (Spring): Full facility access to support school play
Practices focus on team systems, situational awareness, and competitive execution to prepare athletes for game performance.
COMPETITION
Athletes compete in a competitive and balanced schedule designed to maximize development and exposure.

Summer Season (June–August):
8–10 Local Tournaments + 1 Travel Tournament -
Fall Season (Sept–Oct):
Fall League + 1 Travel Tournament -
Total Games: 50–70 Games
(Additional scrimmages may be added throughout the season)
This structure provides athletes with consistent game reps while maintaining a strong emphasis on development.
COMMUNITY
We believe in developing not only strong athletes, but strong individuals through team culture and community involvement.
Athletes participate in monthly organization wide team-building events and projects, including:

Team outings and organizational events

Recognition programs and seasonal celebrations
This approach builds accountability, leadership, and a strong sense of community within the program.
